Ms. Beasley is the chief director of the Albany Convention and Visitor’s Board (CVB), and was recently elected president of all CVBs of Georgia. Todd White is a chef for “Georgia Grown,” which is a marketing and economic development program of the Georgia Department of Agriculture. Ms. Beasley explains what a CVB does, why it is important, and how local citizens can contribute to making our city more attractive to tourists who, believe it or not, actually do come to our city. Mr. White offers a few secrets about how to make a meal just a little better. Learn a few things over a Pretoria beer as you listen to this informative episode.
