Leesburg, of Lee County, GA, forms a sort of “rural-plex” with Albany, of Dougherty County, GA. Mr. Revell explains why he is seeking public office, and shares why it is important for Leesburg and Albany to maintain a healthy working relationship with one another—as both towns offer something unique to those living in the region.
